Senior Specialist of ALM and Transfer Pricing Division

Pasha Bank OJSC is looking for a candidate to join the team as a Senior Specialist within Treasury Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participation in Bank Balance Sheet Management, Liquidity and Funding management, Cash and Investment portfolio management, Interest rate management, and Financial modeling and analysis
• Manage ongoing maintenance and development of FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) methods;
• Make recommendations for Treasury investments and Funding Strategies;
• Create reports and presentations related to Asset & Liability Management Committee (ALCO)
• Active participation in Strategy and Budgeting planning;
• Assist manager of division with ad-hoc financial analysis.

SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree related to Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• At least 3 years of work experience in Treasury / Risk Management / Financial analysis
• Good communication skills in English
• International educational degree is an advantage
• CFA Level 1 is an advantage
