Position: Human Resources specialist
– Prepare internal paperwork related to hiring/promoting/terminating, administering labour books
– Coordinating the on-boarding process of new employees, conducting orientations and briefings;
– Administering personal files including labor books, contracts and other required documents
– Tracking employee’s working hours and updating tables accordingly
– Applications for pay date cards and ensuring delivery to employees
– Administering vacation planning and documentation
– Updating employee information within 1C ERP program
– Providing different kinds of certificates for employees on demand
– Assisting recruitment process and improving CV database
– Solving employee conflicts regarding supervision and organization
– Bachelor degree required
– Advanced English and Azerbaijan languages
– 1-3 years of relative work experience is required
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
– Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
– Concrete, punctual, executive
– Only male candidates are required
Salary: 1000 AZN
– Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m.
– Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
