BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Engineering)
– High Technical/Engineering Education (BS, MS Degree)
– 8-10 years of experience in engineering consultancy, industrial construction and civil construction, IT innovative solutions
– Excellent understanding of local consulting and construction market and main players
– Ability to propose and develop new engineering, construction and consultancy solutions (programs, methods, products) which could be interested on market
– Experience in Project Development and Team Management
– Excellent networking and selling skills
– Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of Construction Services
– Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
– Experience and People Management skills
– Flexibility and Mobility to travel
– Good Level of Business English and Russian to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
