IT Analyst/Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Understanding business and technology needs
• Designing, analyzing and implementing efficient IT systems
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Gathering feedback from end users to improve IT systems
• Develop functional specifications
• Develop technical documentations
• Interact with technical team to build the efficient systems
• Plan and oversee project and their phases
• Providing ongoing project status reports to the client and project team.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with business leadership and managing program delivery across internal IT, third party vendors, and service providers
• Always be informed about technological trends and developments
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Knowledge in IT Security principles, Database Management Systems, Software Development Life Cycle, Project Management principles and relevant technical areas
• Deep understanding of business practices
• Ability to gather proper requirements from clients and pass to technical team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience with developing UML diagrams (high-level, low-level)
• Problem solving abilities and analytical mindset
• Written and verbal knowledge in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages
• Strong team work skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant field
