“Azərşəkər” LLC is looking for Admin Specialist/PA to CEO
Our activity includes the construction of sugar production facility using latest technology and cultivation of sugar beet in the different regions of Azerbaijan.
The position provides a wide range of administrative support
• acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to CEO
• booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• managing databases and filing systems
• upon request, assembles, summarizes, analyzes and presents data to CEO
• initiates appropriate action to expedite task completion; informs management of pending matters or need for follow-up
Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Discretion and trustworthiness
• Tact and diplomacy
